MR HERO BARBER, Sunam, Sangrur, Punjab. If you are not satisfied with a service, tell us before you leave the chair — adjustments are made free of charge wherever possible.

Completed services are generally non-refundable, since the work cannot be returned. Genuine issues raised promptly are always reviewed with the customer.

Sealed, unused grooming products may be exchanged within a reasonable period with proof of purchase. Opened hygiene and skincare products cannot be exchanged.
