Beard Trim & Shape
Length is set with the beard dry and in its natural fall, then the cheek line and neckline are placed to suit your jaw. A beard looks tidy because of where it stops, not because of how short it is.
Beard Grooming
A beard is shaped like a haircut: guidelines first, then blending, then detail. Below is what each beard service on the menu actually involves.
Length is set with the beard dry and in its natural fall, then the cheek line and neckline are placed to suit your jaw. A beard looks tidy because of where it stops, not because of how short it is.
A precise edge along the cheek, moustache and neckline between full trims. It is the fastest way to look freshly groomed when the length is still growing out.
Warm towels soften the hair, the lather protects the skin, and the blade follows the grain first. Finished with a cool towel to close the skin down.
Grey blending kept deliberately soft, so the result reads natural in daylight rather than flat black.
Wash the beard two to three times a week rather than daily, use oil on damp skin underneath the hair, and comb downward before shaping. Most beard itch is dry skin under the beard, not the hair itself.
